  2. 02

    Skin assessment

We take photos under consistent conditions and check your skin.

  3. 03

    Doctor consultation

We explain the results, suitable options, and recovery time.

  4. 04

    Treatment or booking

Have treatment the same day, or book a time that fits your schedule.

  5. 05

    Aftercare guidance

We explain home care and schedule your next visit.

Helpful to Bring

  • Photo ID
  • Names of any medications you take (a photo is fine)
  • Records of any previous treatments, if you have them
  • On treatment days, wearing light makeup helps save time.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I be seen without an appointment?

Yes, but the wait may be longer. Booking online or by phone in advance can help reduce your wait.

Can I have a consultation now and decide on treatment later?

Of course. You can come in for an assessment and consultation, think about your schedule and recovery time, and book afterward.

Can I wear makeup on the day of treatment?

We cleanse your skin before treatment, so light makeup is fine. When you can wear makeup afterward depends on the treatment, so please follow our instructions.

Can I have a consultation if I'm pregnant or breastfeeding?

Yes. However, some treatments and prescriptions may be limited, so please be sure to let us know during your visit.

Where can I see fees for services not covered by insurance?

You can find fee information by item on the Treatment Fees page in the Community menu.

Not sure which treatment is right for you? We start by assessing your skin during your visit.
