Melasma
Melasma
We first identify the cause and depth, then plan a combination of laser, medication, and daily care.

No two cases of melasma share the same depth and cause
Melasma develops from a mix of factors such as sun exposure, hormones, and skin irritation, and the approach differs depending on whether the pigment sits in the epidermis or extends into the dermis.
After examining the pattern and depth of the pigment, we may suggest a combination of low-energy laser, topical or oral medication, and daily care. Because melasma can darken again, we also build a long-term care plan with you.
